Meet our Executive Council
-
PRESIDENT
Hi ladies!
I’m so excited to be your 2025-2026 President, and I look forward to helping Delta Sigma continue to grow and develop this year. Online students are often viewed or described as “nontraditional” and tend to feel like they are missing out on many “normal” college experiences, but now there’s a “nontraditional” online sorority, Delta Sigma, where we come together across borders, as sisters. We all start with a few things in common, and our relationships take off from there. Not only do we support each other academically and celebrate the good times together, but we’re also here for all the feelings, emotions, and challenges. As a sisterhood, we really help each other through it all, and we have a lot of fun doing it! We also come together in philanthropy and DEI work to help each other and improve our communities. From inside jokes to late-night talks in at least three different time zones, Delta Sigma is where lifelong friendships are formed.
About Me:
I won’t lie, I never thought I would join a sorority, but when I stumbled upon Delta Sigma, it was just what I needed. I quickly made so many new friends and have already received so much support through several aspects of life, and I’ve learned so much while doing it. I never knew I would have so many close friends so far away!
I have battled chronic illness for most of my life, but I won’t ever let that define me. Although I started college a little bit later than I wanted to, I am now working towards my BS in Medical Studies with hopes of going to Medical School afterwards to become an OB/GYN. I am married to the man of my dreams, who supports me in everything I do. Currently, we have some fur babies (two cats, a dog, and a bunny), but we look forward to having children and expanding our family in the future.
I’m excited to keep meeting new faces and making friends in Delta Sigma, and I look forward to everything this year brings to us all.
With love and gratitude,
Madison Paul

Vice President
Hello Lovelies, As Vice President, my goal is to nurture a culture of love, compassion, and empathy within our sisterhood—both toward ourselves and each other. I am devoted to encouraging every member of Delta Sigma to grow into the best version of themselves, and I’m here to offer support and motivation throughout our lifelong journey together.Delta Sigma is more than a sorority— As a sisterhood across borders, Delta Sigma creates a space for unity, empowerment, and the pursuit of personal and intellectual growth. Our bond creates opportunities to build lasting relationships and grow together through shared values and experiences.
A Little About Me:
I joined Delta Sigma seeking a supportive community to help navigate the loneliness that often accompanies grief. I was drawn to the opportunity to be part of a sisterhood—one where I could learn from strong, inspiring women in all areas of life. Being part of Delta Sigma has also provided me with a safe, understanding space as I manage life with Generalized Anxiety Disorder.
Currently, I’m pursuing a degree in Counseling and Applied Psychology with a focus on trauma. I'm also a proud mom and a fiancée. Outside of my academic life, I have a deep passion for holistic wellness—nurturing the mind, body, and soul. In my downtime, I enjoy all things horror, playing video games, and watching anime. I also love soccer and weightlifting, which help keep me grounded and energized.
I look forward to continuing to grow with each of you and building a sisterhood rooted in strength, understanding, and unity.
With love and light,
Shannon Johnson
